We get that sometimes plans change, things come up and schedule adjustments are necessary. Just let us know at least 6 hours before your appointment and you can cancel or reschedule with no questions asked and no fees. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 6 hours before your appointment, your card will be charged for half the total cost of the appointment.
